Shipping Options

Shipping options include (both domestic U.S. and International):

• Standard or Ground Shipping

• 2-Day

• Express or Overnight

Shippers used include:

• FEDX

• UPS

• DHL

• USPS

Order Information:

• If ordering two or more items from multiple shipping categories, you will be charged the first item fee of greater value.

• Aggregate orders shipped separately from the base order, will have a separate shipping charge.

• Tracking is available for all shipping methods except USPS.

• Expedited (Next Day and 2-Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will ship  within 2 business days.

• All other orders will ship according to the availability stated on the product page (typically 3 business days).

How Long Will It Take?

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.

Shipping dates may change. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, but AutoSport Wiring will do its best to ensure late deliveries are as infrequent as possible.

2-Day Shipping, Overnight or Express Shipping

Not all of the items listed on our site are available immediately, so selecting One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. There is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. Also, when you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.

Please note that consumers will need to manually select the 2-Day or Next Day shipping method as appropriate.

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from AutoSport Wiring, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type.

Lost Packages

Orders that are fulfilled by AutosportWiring.com and shipped via a trackable method (such as UPS, FEDX or DHL) will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

• If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.

• If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

• If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us.

AutoSport Wiring offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
